Let’s break it all down below! 👇
About the Gaming Van Experience
What is a gaming van?
A gaming van is a custom-built mobile gaming lounge packed with the latest consoles, large screens, surround sound, LED lighting and comfy seating. It brings an exciting and immersive multiplayer experience straight to your doorstep – ideal for birthdays, school rewards, community events and more.
How many players can take part at once?
Up to 12 players can jump in at the same time for ages 7–10, up to 10 players for ages 11–14 years, and up to 8 players for ages 15+. Whether you’re into FIFA face-offs, Fortnite battles or Mario Kart mayhem, there’s space for everyone to get stuck in.
What types of games are available?
We offer a broad selection of popular games across our PlayStation 5 consoles. Our collection includes action, racing, sports and party games, all tailored to the age group attending. Whether it's Minecraft, Rocket League or Just Dance, there’s something for everyone.
Is the gaming experience age-appropriate?
Absolutely. Players must be aged 7 or over and in at least Year 3 at school. We tailor the game selection to suit the players and ensure all content is age-appropriate, following PEGI age ratings. Parents and guardians can also request specific games or restrict content as needed.
Do you provide a game host?
Yes – a friendly, DBS-checked host will be present throughout your event to set everything up, supervise gameplay and help everyone get the most out of their time in the van.
Can you operate in all weather conditions?
Definitely. The van is fully insulated with both heating and air-conditioning, so it’s a reliable entertainment option rain or shine, all year round.
Booking and Event Information
How do I book the gaming van?
You can book directly via our website here. Early booking is advised, especially for weekends and holidays around High Wycombe.
How much time is included with a booking?
Our standard party sessions last 90 minutes or 2 hours, but we also offer longer sessions or custom timings for larger events or school and community bookings.
Can I customise the gaming party experience?
Yes – we can adapt the event to match your theme or preferences. Whether you want specific games, decorations or extra time, we’re happy to tailor the session to suit your needs.
Do you cater for school or community events?
We do! Our gaming van is a hit at school reward days, PTA events, youth groups and local community gatherings in High Wycombe and surrounding areas.
Location and Access
Do you cover High Wycombe and nearby areas?
Yes, we’re based near High Wycombe and regularly cover the local area including Beaconsfield, Marlow, Amersham, Chesham and beyond. If you're unsure whether we can reach you, just ask or view our coverage map here.
What kind of space is needed for the van?
We need a flat, clear space roughly 7 metres in length for parking – a driveway, car park or quiet road outside your home or venue usually works well. We’ll confirm access details with you before your event.
Can you park outside my house or school?
In most cases, yes. As long as there’s legal and safe parking, we can set up almost anywhere. Let us know about access or parking restrictions in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you need access to electricity?
Yes, we require access to two power sockets, including at least one double socket, to run the gaming van equipment smoothly and everything operates without interruption.
Do we need Wi-Fi for the gaming van?
Yes, a stable Wi-Fi connection is required for smooth online gameplay and full access to all features. The van is equipped with Starlink satellite internet to provide connectivity in most locations. However, depending on the venue’s coverage, you may need to log in to the local Wi-Fi as a backup. We recommend confirming Wi-Fi availability at your venue beforehand to ensure a seamless experience.
Safety, Age Requirements and Payment
Is the gaming van safe and secure?
Yes – safety is a top priority. All equipment is regularly PAT tested, and the van is thoroughly cleaned between sessions. Our trained and DBS-checked host will ensure all players are supervised and looked after throughout the event.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. Players must be aged 7 or over and in at least Year 3 at school. We also follow PEGI age ratings and ensure the games available are suitable for the age group attending.
What if my child wants to play a game rated for older players?
We only allow games that are appropriate for the age group present. If you'd like to make specific requests, we’re happy to discuss them with you before the party.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes – a small deposit secures your chosen date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. All payment details will be provided during the booking process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payments through our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 21 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
